Made from a careful selection of refined
high oleic sunflower oil, refined sunflower oil, fractionated palm oil and
anti-foaming agent. Contains Vitamin E, Vitamin A and has a low level of
polyunsaturated fats, meaning that repeated use does not lead to the formation
of free radicals that are harmful to health as a result of the oil breaking
Ideal for frying, as it contains a high level of monounsaturated fats that make it very stable at high temperatures. Does not splash, and prevents residue from forming.

kernel oils, with a low level of polyunsaturated fats.
An oil for deep-fat fryers. Bifractionated palm oil makes it more stable, and ideal for continuous frying. Does not foam and does not mix flavours.

Recommendations for use: Mainly used for frying and industrial baking due to its resistance to high temperatures. Moderate consumption is recommended due to its calorie content.
